It is sadly rare for the majority of women going through menopause not to experience some degree of hot flushes and night sweats. One poor patient of mine reported she was having day sweats every 30 minutes and had to get up at least twice during the night, to completely change her nightie and sheets! Needless to say this unfortunate woman was exhausted and exasperated. 

Here’s a thought…write down all the reasons you are avoiding improving a particular aspect of your life. Be it choosing not to exercise, not to improve your diet, not to live a more balanced lifestyle. 
“Ne grignoter pas” is a mandatory warning message placed at the bottom of the television screen for all commercials advertising snack-type food in France. 
This delicious springtime soup is pleasantly green, very easy to make and has a pleasing texture to it. I would be delighted to receive any variations you may consider…
