We are all surely appreciating the most magnificent vision of pretty spring blossoms and flowers everywhere.
Freesias, jonquils, daffodils, jasmine, and ranunculi making a pleasing return. Apple blossom trees blooming in hushed tones of pretty pinks and crimsons.
The sunrises are streaked with orange and pink, and birds tweeting melodiously in the early hours of the morning. So inspiring.
Let’s ensure we make a pledge to ourselves to actively spring into this delightful season.
What changes can you make to your exercise regime to make it more profitable for you? Should you mix it up a bit? If you are doing too much cardio, substitute some sessions for more contemplative exercise such a Pilates or yoga. If you are only doing passive exercise, shake it up a bit, and raise that heart rate.
If like me, you do the same exercise routine weekly, re-examine this and honestly ask yourself whether you should change the boundaries somewhat and push yourself out of your comfort zone.
Let’s all try one form of exercise we have rarely or never tried before, and see if that sits well.
