Spring has sprung in the most delightful way!

Cherry trees are blossoming, the scent of jasmine can be delightfully detected in the air, days are getting longer and there is a touch of comforting warmth on its way.
Aha, I know you all will be saying, here she goes, get back into exercise, improve that diet, eat more vegetables, etc. No! No nagging for once.
My spring mantra is do less!
Look at your lifestyle and if you feel overwhelmed with the constant rushing around, fitting too much into your day, meeting unreasonable deadlines, stretched to the max on every front . . . have a lifestyle spring clean!
Do you need to fill your every minute, day, week with so much? Be honest.
Think strategically of positive ways to lessen the burden of haste, rush and the consequent anxiety of trying to meet every expectation. Often less is best.
By the way, exercise and an excellent diet are non-negotiables. They need to stay!
But look at all the extracurricular activities and realistically see if any of your ‘must dos’ are a little
obsolete or simply decide to do less catching up or less working from home once you have left your workplace.
There is a most comforting freedom in doing less.
