Seed mix in production
Finally the Healthy Gut Guide’s Seed Mix is available in 250g packets from the clinic. Just add 3–4 tablespoons to stewed or raw fruit, yoghurt, oats or brown rice and increase your daily dietary fibre by a very impressive 15.5 grams!
Handy for those times when grinding another kilo or two of seeds is just one thing too many to do in your day, and of course easy to throw into your gym bag, briefcase, handbag or indeed your suitcase!
