Let’s make this year count!

As time flies by in a rather startling fashion, it is surely best to make the most of every minute.

Let’s all take a moment to carefully and honestly consider what we truly wish to achieve with regard to our wellbeing this year. (I’ll address our nation’s welfare later.)

Are you still struggling to lose those unnecessary 2–3 kilos annoyingly hanging around? Do you continue to search the kitchen cupboards after dinner, looking for that elusive chocolate bar or packet of sweet biscuits? Is your water consumption up to scratch (two litres at least each day), are you consuming far too much coffee or drinks with artificial sweeteners? Are you avoiding the crucial need for regular exercise?
Come on, let’s nail it this year…no time for further procrastination!

It’s a new decade after all. Let’s honestly assess what we chose not to address last year and tackle the task with enthusiasm and a results based “can do” attitude!
