Naturopath on holiday!

Yes, I admit it, best to get it over with fast…I am indeed returning to my beloved France in May/June! I find a regular top-up of the French countryside crucial to my wellbeing! I’ll be away from the clinic from Monday 26 May until Wednesday 24 June. If you need a top up of herbs or supplements before I go, please let me know well before 23 May, as although bookings and messages will be taken while I’m away, dispensing will not. Merci!

Cashew cream

Cashew cream

As you may remember, I am having a gluten free/dairy free time at present, and feel great for it! However, having failed to find a single healthy and pleasant tasting soy yoghurt on the market (please let me know if you have come across one!) I am now using cashew cream as my yoghurt substitute.
