What a delightful, wintery time of the year! A riotous blaze of pink, crimson and orange sunrises and sunsets, deep red and pink ranunculi blossoming, hyacinths adding a delicate perfume to the chilly air, and tulips popping their uniquely beautiful heads out of winter garden grounds.
Chestnuts, pomegranates, new season apples, and best of all Brussels sprouts are suddenly abundant and at their best!

Let’s all make a resolute commitment to taste one fruit and one vegetable we have never eaten before, and an even more determined effort to embrace those crisp mornings or evenings with some brisk, vigorous exercise and enjoy these stunning wintery early morning and night skies.
