Time certainly marches on! Into a glorious Melburnian autumn, we go…

And what a delightful season it is. Crisp, energizing mornings with the most magnificent pink and crimson sunrises enhanced by the background tunes of birdsong. As we step out on our early morning walk or run, leaves crunch underfoot in a most satisfying manner and majestic blackbirds hop happily over dew-drenched lawns.

The cool morning air has a rather enchanting scent of blossoming roses and neighbourhood gardens are replete with marigolds, pansies, sweet peas, gardenias and camellias.

The snooze button is suddenly obsolete! Let’s not waste a moment and eagerly embrace this most splendid change of seasons!
