Deliberate destiny

Choose choice – triumphant conclusion!
We are blessed indeed in this country, in the main, to having a choice. Yes, indeed, we can choose what we eat, think, drink, how and when we move.
Let’s consciously and diligently apply ourselves to deciding what we put in our mouths (think before action!). Before that silent saboteur tells you in the early hours not to get up and go for a walk, run or to gym, choose the day before what your exercise regime shall be for the next day, week, month … year.
Those repetitive negative thoughts, well let’s decide to put a halt on them … what on earth are they achieving?! Resolve to banish that restrictive habitual negative self-talk to the background and choose a positive mantra or try to see a more positive approach to areas of concern.
We all know instinctively how much brighter and better we feel when we are in control. Grab each day with intention and settle on a decisive action plan to enhance your health and wellbeing.
It is not inevitable to be unfit, overweight, lethargic and unmotivated! A little self-discipline and a conscious and deliberate attitude can alter your chosen path ahead.
Not all things are in our control, but those that are, we can alter … it just takes the determination to decide on the path ahead.
