As the days get shorter (but the mornings lighter), I have a solution for extending the autumnal shortened day… get up earlier!!

Yes, I can hear you all say, “oh no, here she goes again …she’s obsessed with morning exercise!”

But, imagine enjoying and embracing the lighter hours of the morning, observing the rather spectacular sunrises during autumn, and listening to the delightful morning birdsong and the peaceful energy of the early hours.

Commit 30–60 minutes of your morning to NOT wrestling with that silent saboteur telling you to stay in bed, but instead bouncing out of bed with a skip to your step, trackies on, runners laced-up and voila, out the front door and into the cool but invigorating morning fresh air!

I guarantee that you will never regret your morning exercise regime… no one ever returns from an early brisk walk wishing they had not done so! Then as the evening approaches, work out completed, morning sunrise noted, early birdsong embraced, chores completed, you can wind down, guilt-free with the only exercise ahead is to curl up with your favourite cup of herbal tea and relax into the evening looking forward to the next morning’s excursion!
