“Eat a rainbow”…now that is food for thought

Compare the visual aesthetics and (post-dinner comfort factor!) of a meal consisting of a creamy pasta dish, garlic bread and perhaps a crème brûlée…to say a meal of roasted broccoli and sweet potato and marinated and oven-baked assorted mushrooms with a tahini, lemon and yoghurt dressing, plus an accompanying salad of julienned freshly blanched snow peas, red cabbage, and sweet corn, with a deliciously ripe mango to finish off.
