The great salad competition!

Yes, I’m kicking off the year with a compelling leaf competition!

We have had soup and baked veggie competitions, but given it is summer, I am looking for the most interesting, original vegetarian salad.

I know you are a very inventive, creative lot, so you have until March 31st to send me your best recipe for a vegetarian summer salad.

The winner will receive consultation with me, on the house.
